I purchased a pair of Kneed 2 Be insoles on the recommendation of my physiotherapist. Boy, was she right!!! The minute I put them in my shoes, I could immediately feel relief from my pulled Achilles' tendon. When I took my shoes off, the pain was back! They are amazing insoles and are thin enough to put in any type of shoe. I love them!!

I’ve been running in a pair of the Kneed2Run for about a year (these are the best insoles out there FYI!) so I’ve put probably over 1000kms on them. Thanks for making awesome insoles.

These insoles are light, they fit perfectly into my runners, and the arch support is great. I put them into whatever pair I’m wearing and they immediately improve the fit and comfort of the shoe. I don’t want to run without them now!!

I have both and even with my narrow feet the KNEED2BE fits into my casual shoes. The KNEED2RUN insoles are just as comfortable as my very expensive orthotics. They are both great insoles.

All I wear is Vans and Chuck Taylors. They are horrible for no support and being very flat footed. I threw KNEED2BE insoles in them and WOW what an amazing difference!! Highly recommend them for any type of shoe!! Comfy As!!!!! :):):)

These unique insoles are worth their weight in gold medals. No more pain from plantar fasciitis, and standing all day. Well worth the money. Great fit.

I like the arch thickness of these inserts and the narrower heel. I also have custom inserts and the arch support is too high which pushes my arch into varus causing pain on the outside of my foot.

I’ve never considered wearing insoles until now. I’d wear them in any pair of shoes I have now. The level of comfort makes a noticeable difference in my day to day.

For the past ten years I have been running approx. 15km per week. During this time I have tried multiple footbeds and shoe brands to treat the recurrence of Achilles Tendinitis and shin splints. I recently switched to Kneed footbeds, I’m happy to say after over 100km of running I haven’t had a single issue with my Achilles or shins. The quality is great, the thickness and stiffness is more than the other footbeds I have used in the past, and the arch support is perfect for me. Couldn’t be happier.

I’ve replaced my $500 custom orthotics with these in my running shoes. The customs were to rigid for running and constantly caused blisters. For out of the box orthotics, these are the best I’ve tried.
